智通财经APP讯，世纪建业(00079)发布公告，相较于去年同期公司权益持有人应占未经审核亏损约港币2460万元，预期截至2025年6月30日止六个月公司权益持有人应占未经审核溢利介于约100万港元至约300万港元。
预计扭亏为盈主要由于预期报告期间将取得约港币1600万元至1700万元范围内的按公平值计入损益的财务资产的公平值收益，而非去年同期取得约港币1200万元的按公平值计入损益的财务资产的公平值亏损。两个同期之间由估值亏损转为估值收益，主要由于集团持有的中国香港及美国上市证券投资市值大幅增加所致。
