Odaily星球日报讯 Galaxy Digital 宣布已完成 14 亿美元项目融资，用于支持其位于德克萨斯州的 Helios 数据中心园区扩建。该融资将用于首阶段 AI 及高性能计算（HPC）基础设施的改造和扩建，Galaxy 已提供 3.5 亿美元自有资金，其余由债务融资覆盖。CoreWeave 已签署第二阶段租赁协议，承诺使用 Helios 全部 800 MW 获批电力容量，预计未来 15 年平均年收入超 10 亿美元。Galaxy 计划将 Helios 打造为全球最大 AI 数据中心之一。
