本报讯 8月12日，市场监管总局公布的数据，今年上半年，全国新设经营主体1327.8万户。其中，新设企业462.0万户，新设个体工商户862.9万户，新设农民专业合作社2.9万户，多种经营主体均呈现稳定增长势头。
民营和外资企业发展势头良好。上半年，新设民营企业434.6万户，同比增长4.6%；新设外资企业3.3万户，同比增长4.1%。
产业结构进一步优化。上半年，第一产业新设经营主体60.1万户、第二产业新设96.5万户、第三产业新设1171.2万户。截至6月底，全国在册“四新”（新技术、新产业、新业态、新模式）经济企业2536.1万户，同比增长6.6%，占企业总量的40.2%。
消费领域文化产业亮点突出。随着“哪咤”“悟空”“泡泡玛特”等国产IP火爆全球，文化产业成为上半年消费增长亮点，新设“文化、体育和娱乐业”企业增速高达17.5%，居国民经济行业首位。
市场监管部门将聚焦经营主体发展需求，持续完善市场准入退出制度，纵深推进全国统一大市场建设，着力维护公平竞争的市场环境，持续优化涉企政务服务，进一步激发各类经营主体发展活力。（齐宣）
