平均每日订单总商品交易额于2025年7月及6月均维持于2180万港元，促成2025年7月的每月订单总商品交易额达6.75亿港元(2025年6月：6.53亿港元)，反映本地消费者于集团的香港电子商贸业务参与度持续展现韧性。然而，与去年同期相比，2025年7月的平均每日订单总商品交易额及每月订单总商品交易额分别下降3.5%及3.6%，反映出持续外游压力影响香港整体零售市场表现。
独立客户数目较2025年6月上升0.7%，达60.5万名客户(2025年6月：60.1万名客户)，但与2024年7月的61.5万名客户相比，下降1.6%，同样反映出持续的年度外游压力。
