智通财经APP获悉，九方智投控股(09636)再涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.11%，报52.65港元，成交额1.45亿港元。
消息面上，九方智投控股此前发布盈喜，公司预计上半年股东应占净溢利介乎约8.3亿元至8.7亿元，较去年同期的净亏损1.74亿元实现扭亏为盈。信达证券指出，得益于2024下半年市场国内资本市场行情显著改善，活跃度提升，公司去年新增订单快速提升，年末合同负债14.89亿元，在上半年呈现较好的落地兑现态势。与此同时，公司目前合同负债仍然维持高位，2025上半年期末结余为8.09亿元，为下半年业绩稳健落地提供强有力的支撑。
该行近期表示，7月，公司宣布完成战略配售，实现多倍超额认购，满额募集1亿美元资金。该行认为该配售项目有望从至少两个维度强化公司战略布局：丰富业务生态，布局RWA底层资产、数字资产交易所、托管银行等多个细分市场；全球市场延伸，聚焦中国香港+中东，扩大地区覆盖范围，提供更加国际化的业务收入来源；全链路赋能，打造“交易-资管-投顾”闭环。
