智通财经APP讯，香港华人有限公司(00655)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2025年6月30日止6个月可能取得所占合营企业溢利不少于1.8亿港元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月(上一期间)则取得所占亏损约4.33亿港元。该变动主要由于本期间OUE集团购入按权益法入账的投资对象的额外股本权益确认的暂时负商誉拨备以及来自其按权益法入账的投资对象的所占亏损减少所致。
根据本公司现有的资料，预期本集团于本期间可能取得未经审核股东应占综合溢利不少于 1.9亿港元，而上一期间则取得综合亏损4.22亿港元。变动主要由于上述所占合营企业的溢利所致。
