中国矿业“摇钱树”告急？五矿资源：秘鲁大选恐扰乱铜矿生产

据彭博社8月13日报道，中国五矿资源有限公司发出预警，秘鲁将于明年4月举行的总统大选可能扰乱其旗舰项目——拉斯班巴斯铜矿的生产运营。

在当天的业绩电话会议上，五矿资源行政总裁赵晶明确表示，公司预计选举期间发生抗议活动的风险将显著上升。“我们必须为此预留一定的空间，以应对可能的突发情况。”赵晶强调。

作为秘鲁最大的铜矿和中国五矿资源最核心的盈利资产，拉斯班巴斯铜矿长期饱受社会动荡困扰。就在上个月，当地道路封锁导致该矿的铜精矿石运输被迫中断，目前公司仍在清理因此积压的库存。赵晶透露，秘鲁政府尚未彻底解决引发近期冲突的根本问题，2025年下半年发生更多抗议的可能性依然存在。

回顾过往，该矿曾于2022年遭遇最严重生产中断，抗议者闯入矿场并长期滞留，导致矿山停产数月。赵晶表示，自那以后，五矿资源持续致力于改善与矿区周边社区（包括当地手工采矿群体）的关系，这些努力有效防止了类似极端事件的再度发生。
