智通财经APP获悉，星展发布研报称，九龙仓置业(00004)上半年基础利润同比升3%至20.35亿元，受减值降低影响，该业绩超出该行预期，主要受惠低于预期的利息和税费。中期股息保持每股0.20港元不变。该行下调对九仓目标价，由25.1港元降至24.9港元，投资评级由“持有”升至“买入”。
该行指，九仓过去一个月股价跌6%，表现逊于大市9个百分点。目前股价相对该行评估净资产值折让60%，略高于十年平均的59%。该行指，若即将推出的住宅项目能获市场积极反应，应能改善市场对该股情绪。
