消息面上，8月1日，NVIDIA官网对800V直流电源架构合作商名录进行了更新，英诺赛科是本次入选英伟达合作伙伴中唯一的国产芯片企业。双方合作将推动该架构在AI数据中心规模化应用，使单机房算力密度提升超10倍、单机柜功率密度突破300kW，助力全球Al数据中心迈入兆瓦级供电时代。
甬兴证券指出，由于AI服务器集群功耗大，降低功耗是产业共同追求。随着英诺赛科的GaN器件与英伟达的合作，我们认为新的功率器件有望持续导入供应链，带动相关产业链不断发展，如GaN和SiC等，看好相关投资机会。业界则认为，英伟达选择英诺赛科作为其核心合作伙伴，主要看中后者具备的从衬底、外延、芯片设计到封装测试的IDM全链优势，拥有“技术+产能+服务”综合实力。
