近日，有网友发现天猫“娃哈哈官方旗舰店”更名为“同源康食品专营店”，引发对其运营权变更的猜测。
资料显示，天猫“同源康食品专营店”注册企业名称为同源康电子商务（杭州）有限公司。8月13日，天猫同源康食品专营店客服表示，该店铺此前确实曾作为娃哈哈的天猫旗舰店存在，但目前店铺名称和运营均为独立状态。据同源康电子商务（杭州）有限公司工作人员透露，双方合作关系已于今年年初结束。
据悉，同源康电子商务由三捷投资集团控股75%，而三捷投资集团由杜建英持股99.8%。与此同时，新的“娃哈哈旗舰店”运营方已变更为宗馥莉关联的杭州恒意电子商务有限公司。
