近几个月成为迷因股的房地产公司 Opendoor Technologies Inc． 宣布，首席执行官卡丽・惠勒即刻卸任，董事会正在寻找替代人选。

　　该公司在周五的声明中表示，施里沙・拉德哈克里希纳已被任命为总裁兼临时负责人。

　　消息公布后，Opendoor 股价周五飙升，截至纽约时间上午 9：39，涨幅高达 13.1%。

　　今年年中，惠勒已向董事会提出启动继任规划流程。该公司已聘请史宾沙咨询公司协助搜寻，并称相关工作 “正在顺利推进”。

　　Opendoor 以其软件驱动的 “iBuying” 房屋倒卖模式闻名，这种模式在新冠疫情初期封锁后火热的房地产市场中受到消费者青睐。但 2022 年年中利率开始上升后，这一策略的实施变得愈发困难。

　　股价暴跌曾使该公司面临退市风险。但今年早些时候，EMJ 资本的加拿大对冲基金经理埃里克・杰克逊在网上发布了一系列看好该股的帖子，推动其股价飙升。

　　莱纳 Homes 战略投资部门总裁埃里克・费德已被任命为 Opendoor 的首席独立董事，他表示：“董事会对 Opendoor 团队充满信心，并对其战略坚信不疑。”
