智通财经APP获悉，途牛(TOUR.US)公布的2025年第二季度业绩显示，该公司净营收为1.349亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长15.3%;归属于公司股东净利润为1450万元，上年同期为4300万元。
按业务划分，跟团游业务营收为1.134亿元，同比增长26.3%;其他业务营收为2150万元，同比下降21.0%。
截至2025年6月30日，公司现金及现金等价物、限制性现金、短期投资和长期存款为12亿元。
股票回购方面，2024年3月，公司董事会批准了一项股份回购计划("2024年股份回购计划")，授权公司回购价值不超过1000万美元的普通股或代表普通股的美国存托股份(ADS)。截至2025年7月31日，公司已根据该计划通过公开市场累计回购约1060万份ADS，总金额约990万美元。
2025年8月，公司董事会再次批准了一项新的股份回购计划。根据该计划，在2024年股份回购计划终止后，公司将立即启动新一轮不超过1000万美元的普通股或ADS回购。
展望未来，途牛预计第三季度净营收为1.990亿至2.083亿元，同比增长7%至12%。
财报公布后，该股周五美股盘前涨约5%。
