消息面上，近日，统一企业中国发布2025年中期业绩。高盛指出，统一企业中国上半年收入及净利润分别同比升10.6%和33.2%，较高盛预测高出8.5%及27.4%，并超出市场预期8.4%及26.6%。另外，虽然棕榈油价格上涨，但食品业务的产能利用率持续提升，令该业务EBIT同比升32%，大幅超出高盛预测45%。由于市场竞争持续激烈，该行下调饮料销售及EBIT利润率预测2.4%和0.3个百分点，另上调即食面业务EBIT利润率预测0.8至0.9个百分点，以反映销售势头改善及产品组合强化。
但招商证券认为，由于统一暂无提价计划，且在无糖茶等核心品类中的促销力度持续加大，再考虑到原材料成本利好已基本释放，认为增长与利润率的上行空间有限。公司在25年上半年表现稳健，尽管管理层重申全年6至8%的销售增长目标，并继续强调长期品牌投入优先于短期价格促销，但新的不确定性正在显现，尤其是关于外卖平台补贴的规模与持续时间，自4月起已开始扰乱渠道格局。
