Lianson Fleet Group (KLSE:LFG) completed the disposal of a vessel after the delivery and handover of the ship to the purchaser, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
Shares jumped 5% in Thursday's late morning trade.
The vessel was sold via its indirect unit Omni Victory (L).
