Odaily星球日报讯 据官方消息，美股上市公司 Top Win International（纳斯达克股票代码：SORA）完成 1000 万美元融资，由 Wiselink Co., Ltd.领投，成为亚洲首家投资比特币财库公司的中国台湾上市企业。
Top Win 计划将本轮融资资金主要用于购买比特币（BTC），并可能投资于持有比特币财库战略的上市公司（须符合适用的监管要求），同时将部分资金用于营运资金。TopWin 无意作为一家投资公司运营，也不打算以投资、再投资或交易证券为主营业务。
