据药明康德，诺和诺德（Novo Nordisk）宣布，美国FDA已加速批准其重磅疗法Wegovy（2.4 mg司美格鲁肽）的补充新药申请（sNDA），用于联合低热量饮食及增加体育活动，治疗伴有中度至重度肝纤维化（2期或3期）的非肝硬化型代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝炎（MASH）成人患者。根据新闻稿，Wegovy为首个获批用于治疗MASH的胰高血糖素样肽-1（GLP-1）疗法。 MASH是一种慢性、进行性代谢疾病，主要累及肝脏。如果未得到有效治疗，该病可能危及生命。在超重或肥胖人群中，约三分之一同时患有MASH。脂肪在肝脏的长期积聚会导致肝脏炎症和严重纤维化。大约20%的MASH病例会进展为肝硬化。
