智通财经APP讯，建发新胜(00731)发布公告，集团预期将于截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得综合亏损净额在约3800万港元至4300万港元之间，而截至2024年6月30日止六个月的综合亏损净额约为3380万港元。
本期间综合亏损净额较过往期间增加主要由于(i)在国际贸易环境复杂多变、消费市场复苏乏力及包装纸市场整体面临定价压力的情况下，集团于本期间的纸品销售单价下降，导致集团于本期间的收益略有下降;(ii)有关公司中国附属公司远通纸业(山东)有限公司的增值税特别扣减的政府优惠较过往期间减少约630万港元。
