AleAnna Names Ivan Ronald as CFO

AleAnna named Ivan Ronald as chief financial officer, succeeding Tristan Yopp.

Yopp said he would resign on Sept. 1, the energy company said in a filing Friday.

Ronald, 52, previously was CFO at Venterra Group, an energy transition business, from 2021 to 2025. Before that, he was CFO of GKN Aerospace.

Chief Accounting Officer Charles Roscopf also notified the company he plans to resign on Aug. 18.
