Hunlicar Group (HKG:3638) said it has formed an 80%-owned joint venture with a wholly owned unit of AInnovation Technology (HKG:2121) to develop AI- and blockchain-based financial services solutions, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of Hunlicar fell over 2% in Friday afternoon trade.
The HK$10 million venture, Hunlicar Chainnovation, will focus on applications such as intelligent blockchain platforms for financial institutions, real-world asset tokenization, and stablecoin payment systems.
