智通财经APP讯，茂业国际(00848)公布，预期该集团截至2025年6月30日止六个月将取得净利润约为人民币1000万元至人民币1300万元之间。而截至2024年6月30日止6个月取得净利润为人民币9503万元(经重述后)。
公告称，集团2025年上半年净利润较2024年同期减少的主要原因如下：2025年上半年，百货零售主业营收下降，主要因为百货零售行业整体处于存量博奕及逐步转型之期，集团主业营收与利润均受直接影响;再者，报告期间，居民消费动能不足，消费客单价普遍下降，亦致使业绩承压。为更好的适应零售行业的新风尚，集团处于积极更新业态，调改品牌、商品与服务之期，部分新业态尚需培育期，在培育期中回报处于相对较低阶段。
