高温提振需求+供应受阻 中国动力煤价格创五个月新高
智通财经APP获悉，中国动力煤价格已升至3月份以来的最高水平，原因是矿区暴雨导致产量下降，而酷热天气提振了对这种燃料的制冷需求。中国煤炭资源网数据显示，作为国内煤炭价格基准的秦皇岛港现货价格攀升至每吨678元(约合94美元)，创下自3月17日以来的最高点。当前煤价较6月触及的四年低点已上涨11%。
此前，上半年创纪录的产量提振了库存，而可再生能源的广泛使用导致电厂煤炭消耗量减少，共同促使煤价跌至周期底部。
中国动力煤价格回升
目前煤价回升源于强降雨和矿区生产检查。与此同时，酷热天气促使电力需求飙升。包括Hannah Yang在内的摩根士丹利分析师周一发布报告称，8月6日，全国25个省份的动力煤消费量升至至少五年来的最高水平。
但涨势可能是短暂的。Yang表示：“我们预计煤炭价格短期内将延续上涨趋势，但可能在8月底开始回调。”
据报道，一旦气温开始下降，煤炭需求可能会再次承压，因为上半年风电和太阳能装机容量创下了纪录。
