智通财经APP讯，长和(00001)公布2025年中期业绩，按照IFRS 16后基准，收益总额为2406.63亿港元，同比增长3.45%;普通股股东应占呈报溢利8.52亿港元，同比减少91.65%;普通股股东应占基本溢利113.21亿港元，同比增长10.94%;拟派发中期股息每股0.71港元。
在营运方面，集团于2025年上半年按IFRS 16前基准计算的基本盈利净额按年稳健增长11%至港币113.62亿元。取得增长乃因以呈报货币计算的基本EBITDA及EBIT较2024年上半年分别增加7%及9%，主要由于港口部门增长强劲、零售部门有所改善、基建部门贡献上升及 CK Hutchison Group Telecom(CKHGT)与库务业务均表现理想，以及集团因出售和黄医药部分非核心资产所取得的收益。上半年因商品价格回落及大规模保养与检修活动降低Cenovus Energy贡献并对增长造成不利影响。
按IFRS 16前基准 ，集团已就英国合并确认一次性非现金亏损及相关影响港币109.22亿元。经计及此项亏损，集团截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得普通股股东应占呈报溢利港币4.4亿元。集团亦就合并收取现金所得款项净额约13亿英镑。
