智通财经APP讯，美瑞健康国际(02327)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得股东应占溢利介于约1400万港元至1600万港元，而截至2024年6月30日止六个月则取得股东应占溢利为约820万港元。
有关预期增加的主要原因如下：(i)物业相关业务收入及利润有所增长，主要是因为截至2025年6月30日止六个月，租金收入增加，以及集团持有的投资物业的公允值没有重大变化，而相对而言，截至2024年6月30日止六个月，集团持有的投资物业的公允值出现重大下降;(ii)得益于集团善用闲置资金向客户及关联人士提供短期计息贷款及长期计息循环融资，因而利息收入增加;而上述因素被以下不利因素部分抵销：国内经营环境依然困难，故贸易销售额及健康医疗相关产品的收入有所减少。
