智通财经APP获悉，今海医疗科技(02225)盘中跌超36%，早盘一度跌超65%。截至发稿，跌36.11%，报1.15港元，成交额1.61亿港元。
消息面上，今海医疗科技近期发布公告，公司(作为发行人)就认购事项与三名认购人订立三份认购协议，以认购价每股股份1.35港元认购合共1.2亿股认购股份。各认购人为独立私人投资者。认购价为每股股份1.35港元，较于认购协议日期联交所所报收市价每股股份1.64港元折让约17.68%；认购事项所得款项净额(经扣除认购事项所有适用成本及开支)将约为1.6亿港元，而净发行价约为每股认购股份1.34港元。
公告称，集团拟将认购事项所得款项用于为潜在并购医疗保健相关项目及╱或公司及投资医疗保健相关产业提供资金；研发开支；及一般营运资金。
