智通财经APP讯，中国信息科技(08178)公布，该公司拟按“8供3”基准发行最多约2747.45万股供股股份筹集不少于约3544万港元(扣除开支前)(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)，及透过供股的方式发行最多约2948.94万股供股股份筹集不超过约3804万港元(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动(因悉数行使尚未行使购股权发行股份除外))，认购价为每股供股股份1.29港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股2.87港元折让约55.05%。所得净额用作集团未来18个月的一般营运资金。
