智通财经APP讯，酷派集团(02369)公布，对比2024年上半年公司拥有人应占亏损约9020万港元，该集团预期于2025年上半年取得公司拥有人应占亏损约7600万-8200万港元。
公告称，本中期预计的收入及毛利相比前期有所下降，主要由于：集团在本中期的收入相比前期减少约7700万港元，减少主要是由于受限于智能手机市场的激烈竞争态势，为提升业务效益，公司实施战略性调整，主动终止若干亏损及负毛利产品的经营;集团在本中期的毛利相比前期减少约2800万港元，减少主要是由于集团秉承可持续发展理念并深化与租户之间的关系，对部分深圳物业的租户推行租金让利措施，以强化合作黏性，预期会为未来收益稳定性奠定基础。
然而，本中期预计的亏损相比前期有所收窄，主要原因是：集团在本中期的行政及其他开支减少约1300万港元，主要由于集团实施战略性费用管控举措，优化资源配置，强化预算约束机制;集团在本中期的其他收益及盈利增加约2500万港元，主要原因来自投资的公允价值变动收益。
