智通财经APP讯，英皇娱乐酒店(00296)发布公告，为董事会服务长达近九年的黎家凤女士(黎女士)无意膺选连任，故已于股东周年大会完结时轮席退任为独立非执行董事。黎女士于退任后自动终止担任董事会辖下的薪酬委员会主席兼审核委员会及提名委员会成员。
由于上述有关选举陈婵玲女士(陈女士)为董事的第2(C)项决议案已于股东周年大会上获正式通过，陈女士已获委任为独立非执行董事，自股东周年大会结束后生效，以填补因黎女士退任而产生的空缺。同时，陈女士已获任命接替黎女士于薪酬委员会、审核委员会以及提名委员会的职位。
