智通财经APP讯，天津建发(02515)发布公告，预期集团截至2025年6月30日止六个月纯利不少于人民币30万元，较集团截至2024年6月30日止六个月纯利约人民币1050万元减少不多于人民币1020万元或96.8%。
董事会认为，上述预期本期间纯利减少乃主要由于(i)本期间天津建筑业发展放缓，导致收入较去年同期减少约8.2%;及(ii)本期间录得贸易应收款项、租赁应收款项、其他应收款项及合约资产减值亏损，而去年同期则拨回贸易应收款项、租赁应收款项、其他应收款项及合约资产减值亏损人民币500万元。
