Two former directors of TOMO (HKG:6928) have been censured by the Hong Kong stock exchange, a late Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the auto parts seller were down 5% in Wednesday afternoon trading.
The Hong Kong bourse imposed a director unsuitability statement and censure against former Chairlady Ma Xiaoqiu and Non-Executive Director Jin Lailin after they failed to cooperate on investigations by the exchange.
The directors did not respond to notices and reminders regarding an inquiry into, among other things, discharge of duties under the listing rules and committing offenses contrary to the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
