宜搜科技发布公告，于2025年8月6日(交易时段后)，公司、Lightnet Pte. Ltd.及Lightnet的创办人订立股份认购协议，据此，公司同意认购而Lightnet同意发行及配发若干数量的Lightnet股份予公司，使公司于认购事项后持有Lightnet约1.23%股权，总代价为500万美元，款额预期以公司营运资金及根据公司、Growth Value LTD.、汪溪先生及其中所列的配售代理订立日期为2025年7月24日的配售及认购协议配售公司现有股份及认购公司新股份的所得款项提供资金。认购事项须待若干先决条件达成后，方告完成，先决条件包括公司完成对Lightnet及其附属公司的法律、财务、税务、监管、营运及业务尽职调查，并达至公司满意的程度。
