Arena REIT (ASX:ARF) said that Chief Executive Rob de Vos will resign, effective November, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Chief Investment Officer Justin Bailey has been appointed CEO-designate and will succeed de Vos as CEO following the November annual general meeting, the filing said.
The real estate investment trust's shares slipped 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
