On August 12, 2025, Fiserv Inc. entered into a new Credit Agreement with Fiserv Funding Unlimited Company and various financial institutions, replacing a prior agreement. The new agreement, managed by JPMorgan Chase Bank as the administrative agent, is a senior unsecured multicurrency revolving credit facility. Interest rates under this agreement are variable, based on currency-specific reference rates, and include a facility fee dependent on the company's long-term debt rating. The agreement includes covenants requiring Fiserv to limit its consolidated indebtedness to no more than 3.75 times its earnings at the end of each fiscal quarter. If bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings occur, the lenders' commitments will terminate, and obligations will become immediately due. The agreement is set to mature on June 16, 2027.
