海关查获侵权“Labubu”盲盒1992个
南方财经8月15日电，据“海关发布”消息，近日，黄埔海关所属东莞海关根据布控指令，对一批申报为“钥匙扣”的出口货物进行查验时，发现大量印有“POP MART”（泡泡玛特）品牌标识和具有“Labubu”玩具系列特征的搪胶毛绒玩具盲盒袋，共1992个。该批货物做工粗糙，包装简单，现场查验关员初步判定有较大的侵权嫌疑。经联系，权利人认为该批货物侵犯其在海关总署备案的商标专用权，并申请扣留货物。目前，案件正在进一步调查处理中。
