Expion360 (XPON) shares surged 159% amid heavy trading intraday after the company reported late Wednesday a narrower Q2 loss and higher net sales.

Intraday trading volume catapulted to over 344 million shares from a daily average of about 1.3 million.

TPI Composites (TPIC) said late Wednesday that the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas approved all first-day motions that it filed for its voluntary chapter 11 proceedings. The approved motions include interim approval for debtor-in-possession financing of up to $82.5 million from senior secured lenders.

Shares almost doubled as intraday trading volume soared to over 515.9 million from a daily average of roughly 2.5 million.

Trinity Biotech (TRIB) said Thursday it received approval from the New York State Department of Health to start providing its PreClara Ratio biomarker test for the assessment of preeclampsia risk.

Shares surged 79% as intraday trading volume jumped to more than 177.7 million from a daily average of about 1 million.
