消息面上，Keep近日发布盈喜，上半年经调整利润净额约人民币1000万元，主要得益于调优业务结构及收入质量，实现毛利率提升，叠加AI技术赋能，稳步提高经营效率和组织人效，进一步降低经营费用。据悉，今年2月，王宁在公司全员信中表达了要all in AI的决心。此次半年度盈利，成为“All in AI”能否行得通的重要阶段性验证，一方面，超预期完成扭亏目标，另一方面也在一定程度上意味着AI战略下从互联网到AI Agent这一范式跃迁的初步验证，和AI重塑其商业模型的跑通。
智通财经APP在《KEEP(03650)盈利背后：运动+AI潜力始释放》中指出，作为AI技术在“线上会员及付费内容”板块的核心应用，AI教练被寄予厚望。当前Keep会员大部分目标为Keep课程内容，ARPU值在20元左右，然而，随着AI Coach的到来，从与用户互动、沟通、交流，提供情绪价值以及计划的设计层面，都已经从此前一个简单的视频变成提供一个完整的运动健身的服务。这就意味着，Keep从原来贩卖内容为核心的模式，转变为以服务交付为核心的模式，ARPU值会有接近10倍以上的增长的空间和可能性。毫不夸张，all in AI对Keep而言，不单单是战略意义，更有着现实的生存价值。
