新地(00016.HK) 旗下南区寿臣山现楼豪宅SHOUSON PEAK连录两宗挞订重售。两伙独立屋日前同时取消交易，并立即减价重售，分别以约1.26亿元及1.17亿元售出，较四年前内部转让价2.21亿及2亿元低出超过四成。
成交记录册显示，单位为SHOUSON PEAK寿山村道17L号屋及17Q号屋，其中17L号屋，实用面积2,953平方呎，挞订后以约1.26亿元沽出，折合呎价为42,668元。至于17Q号屋，实用面积2,723平方呎，重售成交价约1.17亿元，折合呎价为42,967元。两伙单位最新成交价均较四年前大幅低出41.5%至43%，合共减价约1.78亿元。而且，17Q号屋创下项目的售价历史新低。(ss/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-08-13 12:25。)
