智通财经APP获悉，紫金矿业(02899)盘中涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.8%，报23.52港元，成交额2.49亿港元。
消息面上，据紫金矿业官网消息，当地时间8月5日，紫金矿业与坦桑尼亚政府在达累斯萨拉姆港正式签署协议，获得达累港马林迪码头与基戈马港口的特许经营权，将有力保障公司在刚果(金)等中部非洲国家的物流和供应链能力。
根据协议，公司将对马林迪码头和基戈马港口进行升级改造，完善堆场、仓库等基础设施，配备现代化装卸设备与智能管理系统，有效提升货物吞吐能力、优化物流体系及效率。升级完成后，经达累港的矿产品集靠港时间将大幅缩短，马林迪码头将成为非洲铜矿带出海的重要门户。
此外，为配合全链条物流体系落地，紫金矿业在坦桑尼亚设计建造的多艘2000吨级散货船，即将于2026年交付，这批现代化船舶不仅是坦桑本地首批现代化散货运输船，也被坦桑尼亚政府视为招商引资、推动制造业升级的重要标志性成果。
