彭博引述知情人士称，法院指定的中国恒大清盘人正与瑞银和中信证券为其子公司恒大物业(6666.HK)寻找潜在买家。清盘人周二表示，债权人特别关注恒大物业这一部分资产的处理。他们补充道，该公司90亿港元的市值和去年128亿元人民币的收入，代表重大的潜在价值来源。 恒大自去年1月遭法院颁令清盘以来，股份一直停牌。恒大昨晚宣布于8月25日正式除牌退市。 恒大清盘人安迈顾问董事总经理杜艾迪(Edward Middleton)及黄咏诗发表首份清盘进展报告，总结过去18个月的工作，透露至今变现的非核心资产包括子公司股权、学校债券、会所会籍及艺术品等共变现20亿港元，相当于集团2022年时总资产的不足1%。 清盘人表示，因恒大业务庞杂，对收回资产构成挑战；恒大清盘案的价值(包括资产与负债)极不明朗，无法就债款摊还预期提供任何指引。
