智通财经APP获悉，千循科技(01640)早盘涨超8%，截至发稿，涨8.01%，报4.99港元，成交额218.19万港元。
消息面上，千循科技发布盈喜，预计上半年税后纯利4960万至5360万人民币，相较去年同期录得540万人民币。纯利大增主要受惠去年收购的二手电子产品电子商务业务，带动期间收入预计大增8.5倍至不少于6.4亿人民币；及因终止合并一间全资附属产生非经常性收益。
值得注意的是，7月15日，千循科技与国内知名租赁平台爱租机宣布达成战略合作，双方将依托RWA及区块链技术，在手机及平板电脑租赁领域打造全球首个“3C租赁资产通证化”产品。公司此举旨在借助各自优势，在RWA业务创新以及香港稳定币在二手3C电子产品贸易中的结算应用相关领域开拓新的业务版图，实现互利共赢与协同发展。
