ETM最新价0.092澳元，已发行股本15.5亿股，市值1.43亿澳元。

ETM周一披露大股东盛和资源（Shenghe Resources）的投资总监Gan Lu女士自即日起被任命为盛和资源提名代表担任ETM董事。

上周ETM曾宣布将收购西班牙已投产的Penouta锡钽铌矿。ETM董事总经理Daniel Mamadou指出该矿是欧盟唯一的钽、铌主要来源，使之成为独特的战略资产。

截止上季度末ETM账面现金结余1848万澳元。
