Lake Resources，这家在澳交所上市的锂矿开发商，其旗舰项目位于阿根廷的“锂三角”，于周四上午通过其经纪人发出融资计划，拟筹集 1000万澳元，用于资助环境影响评估（EIA）。

阿根廷是南美锂三角的一部分，是包括 Lake Resources 在内的锂资源勘探和开发者的关注重点。

此次筹资每股定价 3.6澳分，较上次收盘价折让 14.3%，由唯一主承销商 Evolution Capital 执行。此次配售还附带一项免费认股权证，可在未来三年内行权。

基金经理获悉，Lake Resources 将把筹集的资金用于完成环境影响评估，同时用于其锂提取技术的研发，并寻找阿根廷 Kachi 项目 的战略合作伙伴。该项目未来的资本支出预计达到 15亿澳元。去年，Lake Resources 曾聘请 花旗银行（Citi） 和 摩根大通（JPMorgan） 协助寻找债务融资方。

Lake Resources 希望在今年下半年获得环境审批。

Evolution Capital 向基金经理表示，配售在正式启动前已获得大量认购，最终报价截止时间为周五下午2点。
