智通财经APP讯，中证国际(00943)发布公告，根据供股提呈发售的供股股份数目为5.73亿股。于2025年8月12日(星期二)下午四时正(即最后接纳时间)，已接获合共4.74亿股供股股份的17份有效接纳，占所有供股股份约82.7%。因此，供股未获足额认购9888.64万股供股股份，占所有供股股份约17.3%，该等股份将受补偿安排规限。
根据不可撤销承诺，认购人I、认购人II及Yang先生已分别认购2亿股、1.47亿股及5257.04万股供股股份。
根据上市规则第7.21(1)(b)条，公司已安排向承配人提呈发售未获认购供股股份，以出售未获认购供股股份，而未获认购供股股份的受益人为根据供股获提呈发售的相关不行动股东。
