Wynn Macau (HKG:1128) issued $1 billion in senior notes to professional investors, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
The casino resorts' notes bear interest at 6.75% per annum and mature on Feb. 15, 2034.
Net proceeds of $989 million will be used to repay existing debt, Wynn Macau said.
