　　8月14日，蓝港互动发布公告，集团拟通过LK Crypto启动总规模为1亿美元的资产管理及募资计划。此计划将包含集团现有资金及持有的加密资产，并向市场开放，引入外部投资者共同参与。集团及其参股公司当前持有的比特币、以太坊及SOL等资产，为该计划提供坚实基础与透明背书。

　　资金将重点配置于：具备长期增长潜力的优质加密货币资产、Web3生态基础设施项目，以及与集团战略发展方向相关的全球优质权益类资产。此项措施乃旨在进一步扩大集团在全球加密资产与Web3领域的战略布局。
