智通财经APP讯，一元宇宙(01616)发布公告，自2025年8月13日起，刘东先生(刘东先生)由于其追求其他业务承担而已辞任执行董事、香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则第3.05条项下的本公司授权代表、香港法例第622章公司条例规定的代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表(统称“授权代表”)、董事会主席及本公司薪酬委员会(薪酬委员会)的成员;刘宗君先生(刘宗君先生)由于其追求其他业务承担而已辞任执行董事及本公司行政总裁(行政总裁);何汉先生(何先生)由于其追求其他业务承担而已辞任执行董事;及林继阳先生(林先生)已辞任独立非执行董事、本公司审核委员会(审核委员会)主席、薪酬委员会主席及本公司提名委员会(提名委员会)主席。
