Terex (TEX) said late Tuesday it completed the repricing of its term loan, a move expected to lower cash interest costs by about $3 million annually.
Chief Financial Officer Jennifer Kong-Picarello said the term loan will now carry an interest rate 175 basis points over SOFR, improving by 25 basis points.
