温州鹿城农商行被罚370.8万，责任人共被罚8万
蓝鲸新闻8月13日讯，近日，中国人民银行温州市分行发布了罚单，剑指浙江温州鹿城农村商业银行股份有限公司及其相关责任人。
罚单显示，浙江温州鹿城农村商业银行股份有限公司的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：违反金融统计管理规定；违反账户管理规定；违反商户管理规定；违反国库管理规定；违反反假货币业务管理规定；违反征信管理规定；未按照规定报送大额交易报告或者可疑交易报告；与身份不明的客户进行交易或者为客户开立匿名账户、假名账户。
针对上述违法违规行为，中国人民银行温州市分行对浙江温州鹿城农村商业银行股份有限公司作出警告，并处罚款370.8万元。
此外，时任浙江温州鹿城农村商业银行股份有限公司零售业务部总经理戴某苗，被处罚款1万元；时任财务会计部总经理孙某雅，被警告并处罚款7万元。
