智通财经APP讯，粤运交通(03399)公布2025年中期业绩，营业收入约37.7亿元，同比增长3%;毛利约3.06亿元，同比减少19%;归属于母公司股东的净利润约1.43亿元，同比增长3%;基本每股盈利0.18元。
公告称，营业收入同比增加的主要原因是公司积极聚焦深化高速公路出行服务业务改革，高速公路服务区经营业务收入同比增加所致。毛利同比减少的主要原因是成品油价格调整、国际油价变动、新能源汽车数量持续攀升对燃油销售造成冲击，以及服务区规模扩大导致成本增加所致。归属于母公司股东的净利润同比增加主要是退出运输业务处置子公司股权投资收益增加以及相应管理费用减少所致。
