智通财经APP讯，世纪联合控股(01959)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年6月30日止6个月(本期间)取得的收益为约人民币4.54亿元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月(去年同期)的收益约人民币7.38亿元。集团预期本期间取得综合除税后亏损净额为约人民币1620万元，较去年同期取得综合除税后亏损净额约人民币5240万元，大幅收窄69%。
董事会认为，上述所预期于本期间的综合除税后亏损净额减少的主因为，虽然受宏观经济影响导致新车销量下降从而导致收益减少，而汽车市场价格战持续剧烈导致集团毛利下降，但由于新车库存结构和新车毛利率的改善，以及行政费用的减少，使得集团于本期间的综合除税后亏损净额比起去年同期大幅收窄。
