智通财经APP讯，圆美光电(08311)公布，预期2025年上半年该集团财务业绩将转盈为亏，取得公司权益持有人应占综合亏损约1200万港元至1400万港元，2024年上半年公司权益持有人应占综合利润约225万港元。
公告称，转盈为亏主要由于本期间预期取得集团按公允价值计入损益的金融资产的公允价值亏损约706万港元，相比2024年同期的公允价值收益约1508.2万港元。该集团按公允价值计入损益的金融资产为集团持有的若干出门问问有限公司于香港联合交易所有限公司上市的普通股份(股份代号：2438)，其公允价值乃参照出门问问的普通股份市值而估算。尽管本期间集团业务营运所产生的亏损与2024年同期相应的集团业务营运所产生的亏损相比有所减少，上述集团按公允价值计入损益的金融资产的公允价值亏损预期导致本期间由盈转亏。
